Claims Process
– After being hospitalised
– Fill in 1 page claim form
– Send claim form, doctor’s account, medical aid statement to us.

– Claims paid in 7 – 10 working days
Application Process
– Complete Add-on Application
– Ensure intermediary section is filled in / all medical questions answered
– Submit application forms
The application form will then be checked, underwritten and sent back to the broker with a policy number. If any underwriting is needed on the application form, a concession letter will be sent to the client to be signed. Only upon receipt of the signed concession letter would the policy be loaded on our system.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please make sure everything is completed on the application form. When medical questions are answered, please disclose as much detail on the conditions as possible. Incomplete application forms cannot be loaded within our 7 day turn-around time.
